I am so so angry!

3 weeks ago our home phone died along with the internet.

Today they have finally sorted it.

I have had engineers out, numerous phone calls and empty promises.

I run two businesses from home and god knows how many jobs I may have lost out on.

Surly I shouldnt have to pay my bill as I havent actually had a service and they should compensate me for this loss?

Should I contact them and make a formal complaint?

What would you guys do and how would you go about it. I get very angry on the phone to India talking to people that dont care at all about what they are doing!
