Thanks Sensemaya for the reply, I'll answer your points questions as best I can. I am in receipt of some maintenance, I have a current assesment (or was!) based on his salary before he left the UK,he has paid part of that on an irregular basis. The assessment was for in the region of £65 per week but I have received £50/100 per month for a year also there are accured arrears of approx £2000+.He left UK a year ago.The CSA informed me I can repersue if he enters UK again, in the meantime I will be persueing the CSA for lack of interest/cease of case when clearly he is willing to pay some maintenance. My 'arguement' is not with ex, its with CSA/Gov, they are at fault. I have much reading to do, but this situation needs 'reviewing' clearly my ex is paying something and is contactable, why is the CSA letting him step aside so easily.
