Got that bottle babe ....and there's a little left but honestly I need it after what I just went thru!!

My OH half decided today was a good day to take DD (darling doggie) for a walk somewhere new. So he dragged us down to a place he likes to refer to as "the end of the world!!"

It's actually this gorgeous, secluded, sandy beach (which there aren't many of near me...mostly shingle) but to get to it you have to walk miles down a thin track that runs along the cliff. And this isn't a cliff protected by fences....its a "I'm glad my feet aren't any bigger than size 7" treacherous walk!! It's eroding quickly and most of the time we were walking on bits only supported by old tree roots!! :eek::eek:Yes, the view was breathtaking but honestly, all I could see was my feet and OH letting DD too far out on her lead!! "She wouldn't jump" he says...humpf...she's a dog...beautiful but STUPID!! Oh, my heart was in my throat most of the time!! I know, she's just a dog but to me she's the world and without her I never wouldn't gotten thru the last 9 months of depression...bless her little white paws!!

Anyway, home now...back to normality...me on the comp and DD asleep on my feet...bliss

I finished in the lead for the creme egg comp & was really excited about going to NY stayed in all easter weekend & heard nothing - eventually phoned them & prize had been given to someone else (at least it was an MSE'r) I was told there had been a fault with the comp & some of my codes were corrupt.
My biggest win that I did really get notification of was a Humax PVR - I was told to wait 12 weeks for delivery & phoned when it didn't arrive to be told that the company who sent out the prizes are saying the did not receive my claim form (I forgot to send it recorded) to make matters worse whoever decided at the PR company to keep it registered it in my name & I keep getting e-mails from Humax to download software updates
There have been various other wee things like the beach towel mentioned above

The only thing I won in July was the Rod Stewart at the SECC tickets & that turned into a nightmare - although I did eventually get in the carry on took the shine off it a bit
I am also just feeling cranky today because of the constant rain here

Not sure about the house swap :rotfl:I am so overtired today I really am,last night The Quails were amazing,sound just like Muse

Went to Mums for dinner,read my newspaper after,then all of a sudden I sobbed because I was so overtired and went up to my parents room,They wanted me to walk home today but I said I was too tired.I am walking back wednesday though because I will be less overtired and feel not great,I tried to sleep when I got home and found I couldnt but just lay there.

Reading The News of the World I looked at a website which looks like ebay where you can get gadgets cheaply like for 1p and someone got an ipad for £4.52.

I was very MSE today - my pal was buying £40 worth of paint in B&Q & I cheekily asked for a cash discount - without even blinking the SA took £8 off:D very happy pal

I am fine a bit now but off to bed early tonight to actually sleep my overtiredness away.Texted my ex boyfriend today to say How are you doing? and he rang me and we had a nice chat,We are going to try and be friends again as I love his sense of humour and he likes mine and we will occasionaly meet up for lunch too like we used to.He had said to me he was always there for me if I needed him and I was ready for that as I had gone over old texts I had sent him and mine said I was always there for him if he needed me too.I am not redating him again and he isnt redating me but being friends again is just fine and what I need

Hi wingo, Hi Tulip, Hi Fin, Hi redbull. Sounds like you guys had a fun night last night! Ended up watching the new version of "Clash of The Titans". Wasn't as bad as I was expecting and may I just say, Sam Worthingon - hmmmmmmmm!

Just sittin ghere comping and enjoying the music. I love Wave 105 on a Sunday night. They do Teenage Kicks from 6-8 which is all music from the late 70s and early 80s - absolutely fabulous! OH and DD hide themselves away.
