it was a toss up for breakfast a nice bowl of Kelloggs K red berries & semi skimmed milk, for my brekkie or lemon cheesecake.
the lemon cheesecake won

well my Slimming world consultant is aaway for 2 wks so she wont know, & i know any of you my friends wont tell her

so im away a 9 mile walk now (in my dreams)
i want to but my flesh is weak:p

i just realised the sun newspaper (which i dont buy)
is doing thecheap caravan hols again whoopee!
