Back to uni sick feeling

I am having that back to uni sick feeling already. The idea of going back to a place I hate and a place I feel I do not belong at. It does not sound bad until I think of the stupid books I will have to read and writing stupid essays.
I will cope somehow, but it just gives me a nasty feeling inside.

You know what I kinda know how you feel!!! I drop out of uni after my first year.. well after the first year I realised I didn't like my course, changed but then realised I was fed up with studying full stop! So I drop out! BUT.. .I've just signed up to a part time college course and had to enrol on Tuesday.. that was nearly enough to put me off again!!! Colleges/Uni's really aren't my bag! They really do bring me out in a cold sweat!!!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092

Drop out if you hate it that much, and you consider books and essays to be stupid... No one is forcing you to go...April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200

Not half likely as I have battled this far now and I not a quiter. It is only certain readings on my course I do not like.DrFluffy wrote:Drop out if you hate it that much, and you consider books and essays to be stupid... No one is forcing you to go...:beer:0 -

You could argue that staying on the course is quitting - especially if you hate it that much... Easy option?April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

It is harder to stay than to leave believe me.:beer:0 -
Don't worry! Just think of the rewards at the end!
Are you living with different people this year? Different modules and stuff will make it a lot different to the first year... and you can meet new people and stuff!
I had a really bad second year but now i've had chance to look thru the module options and found someone different to live with i'm looking forward to going back!0 -

I think the modules should be better this year and I have my eye on far better Masters degree at a different uni, so that is something to aim for.:beer:0 -
