I opened a BarodaMax account on 11 Aug. When I received no further notification I got worried after the money went out of my bank account.
I received no answer to emails and phone calls which worried me more.
I have just found an email with login details in my Spam BIN! I am now able to access my account online so no real problem. I had received previous emails from them so I hadn't thought to check my Spam.
As I now have access the worry is over as it was basically my own fault, however the lack of response to emails and phone calls is a black mark, hopefully a temporary one.if i had known then what i know now0
