I rejoined Fast4 on 18th July this year on their unlimited dial-up service.
1st monthly DD payment went out on the 20th July - no probs there.
2nd DD went out on the 10th August - nearly a week early.
3rd DD has just gone out on the 4rth Sept - about 2 weeks early!
I fired off an email query and am waiting for a reply.
At this rate, I'll be making 14 annual payments... :mad:
What gives? Anyone else had this problem?

This has been (and by the looks of it still is) a problem with F4.
But by sending them a secure message through the members area,it will be put right.
It happened once to me but has never happened again in the past two years.0 -
