Broken cover on BT Box

The cover on the box that the phone line comes into the house to has cracked and part of it has broken off (it's about 35 years old I would guess).

The cover is held on by a screw in the middle and has the line going to the phone socket coming out of the side.

Does anyone know where I can get a new cover or should I try to glue it back?

Thanks

    If it's a 'soapdish' shape it'll be a BT52A bt52a.jpg52a_potel_small.jpg

TBH I would call BT and ask them if they have any. We had a similar problem with ours and they came out and replaced it for free.
