lean to,s on the net/ebay can be bought for about 1500/2000 quid.
you need to add a level concrete floor and fitting costs on top.Get some gorm.0 -
id say you might get something cheaper built. get some chippies come builders round to give you some quotes. if a lean to has to be assembled then whatever time that takes (a day or two) could be spent building your own, plus the floor still needs sorting. The timber, roof and floor (concrete or slabs or raised timber) shouldn't cost 1500. worth exploring0

We've just built a lean-to, replacing an old sun-room that was there previously. The floor needs no work, but here is what i have spent so far. Measurements; 7650mm long by 2000mm deep.
Wood; £130 from local timber yard
Plastic cladding(soffit stuff);£160 from local plastic firm
Roof and fittings (only 10mm, but with wood to keep it up, its absolutely fine); £232 from ebay
Windows and door; All reclaimed UPVC ones; free
Bits and bobs eg guttering, silicone, pins, screws, etc; about £150
So so far, its cost £672. Eventually i will get it plaster boarded inside and plastered. No more than a grand in total i would say?? Obviously we havent paid for labour as we have done it ourselves. :money:0 -
We build ourselves a very cheap side passage lean-to a few months ago and it cost of £165 in materials and 2 days to build.
We used timber, brackets, PVC sheeting and flashing, sheeting and wire nails. As long as you're fairly confident with DIY, it's not too hard to do yourself, it's nothing extravagent but suits us just fine
Edit: Couldn't get the photo to attach so just linked to Flickr instead!
