Change in circumstances - living with parents to living out

I applied for finance a while ago based on the fact that I would be living with parents. But my circumstances changed and I will now be living out. I checked here: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAndLearning/UniversityAndHigherEducation/StudentFinance/Afteryourfirstyear/DG_171586 but couldn't find where it dealt with that specific situation. Can anyone advise on this?

You can fill out a change of circumstances form and send it to them

Just put a covering letter in stating that you'll now be living elsewhere, and ask for your assessment to be changed to the elsewhere rate of loan. It's literally a 30sec job to change, and you'll get a new assessment to confirm.

But it says: "To request a different amount of loan, a loan request form must be completed. You can download
a form at https://www.direct.gov.uk/studentfinance. Alternatively, contact us on 0845 300 50 90
to have one sent to you."

But I can't see any other form. Unless it should be one or both of the loan request forms here: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAndLearning/UniversityAndHigherEducation/StudentFinance/DG_183342

But I did apply for the loan and grant initially, I'm just entitled to more now...
