Recommendation for online bath stores?

Hi,
I've been looking at a few web sites for bathroom stuff and came across:
www.bathsuperstore.com
www.boundarybathrooms.co.uk
Has anyone had any experience of these 2 companies? Are there any particular web sites which I should consider?
Cheers

I haven't had any experience with either of them, but I do see the name Boundary Bathrooms quite often in bathroom features in Ideal Home etc, so I imagine they are pretty reputable.0

Thanks, planetclaire70. They seem to have a lot of customer testimonials as well. I think I may give them a go ....0

Hi Lad, just seen this thread.
We used Diamond Bathrooms. Checked them out by visiting their showroom, very nice people, very helpful and willing to price match. Delivery was on time and no problems with any of the goods. No problem with them delivering from West Midlands to N. Wales. I'm not connected with them in any way, just a happy customer.0 -
Thanks, TomsMom. I'll have a look at the website - its good to get recommendations

I placed an order with them on the 2nd of August and have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks - no reply and they've now removed all contact details from their website. Is there anyone else out there expecting goods?
The worst part is they haven't been honest and told customers what's happening just buried themselves away, I have a half finished bathroom and don't know what to do next - wait until I receive official notification they have gone bust or buy again elsewhere.
I unfortunately paid £900 using my debit card so am unlikely to get anything back from Diamond Bathrooms. Gutted!0 -
Catalogue Suspended appears all over the website so I fear you may be correct.
If it's a Visa Debit card you can still do a chargeback. Talk to your bank asap and if you have 24 hour contact with them do it now methinks.

I'm just using Boundry Bathrooms at the moment, initial service was good, but the order I placed is taking longer than expected, but no one has informed me. To chase deliveries they ask you to email but the email has been returned, the customer service number just rings, so I had to call the sales number to find out what was going on. I still have no date.0

I've just got a shower door, tray and waste from Next Bathrooms. A really good delivery service with regular texts to tell me the status and a phone call on the morning of delivery to say they were half and hour away.
The set was good value - not the cheapest but close to it. Not installed yet but don't expect any issues.

There are a few things that I would not buy over the net, a bathroom suite is one of them, too much hassle if things go wrong or items are damaged in transit.0
