I am a lone parent and taking my son to Blackpool for the weekend of the 13th october. I have been searching for a buy one get one free ticket for the pleasure beach but can only find the buy 2 get 1 free which is of no use to me. Can any one help me in the right direction as money is tight and dont really want to pay for 2 tickets if possible

We are going to blackpool on monday, I will keep my eye open for promotions and on our return, I will let you know if I've found any. I suppose this post will have long gone down the list though, so maybe you could PM me so I can find you. I've recently posted a thread Blackpool here we come, so you'll see I'm a beggar for bargains. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. If you have any tesco clubcard tokens, you can convert them to Days out tokens and use them to buy wristbands @ £7.25 clubcard points per band.

Have you looked in the Lloydstsb booklet?...they have lots of buy one get one frees and if I remember right I'm sure there was a few for blackpool.
These days out booklets are just on the counter and you dont have to be a customer to nab one or two
Hope you have a great time

This is the website for the transpennine trains. Print off the voucher you need and attach a valid train ticket. The voucher doesn't say it has to be a transpennine train ticket so I would imagine if you are not travelling to Blackpool by train then any ticket would do and you could buy a single from Blackpool South to Pleasure Beach - costs 60p single.
