Woolworths collecting in store?

I picked my goods up today, had a call for each item to say it had arrived in store & was waiting for me to collect. Had to wait a while, just took my name & a signature but didnt ask for print out or ID.
Overall good especially with the discount - I saved around £450 -
I've picked up 7 items recently , the girl who serves me is a dab hand at in now :j
I'd also like to praise the staff at Woolies , well my store anyway , always smiling & very pleasant .0
