Just some id (driving L) and name and address details is fine - that's what they asked from me!I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0 -
I think you are meant to take a print out of your order confirmation email. I forgot to take anything and they still gave me the goods. Mine was probably the only order they had waiting to be collected, its only a small store.0

Yeah its quite new for the staff, I've done it 3 times now and you have to wait around for a bit.
The last time was with the friends code & I got 6 items, the poor guy had to find everything then check each one off at the computer separately, then get me to sign for each item so took about 10 minutes.
Just took my Printout in.0 -

I just walked in and game my name. Of course, it being British retail, nothing was ever going to be easy and I was kept waiting for ages. They asked for a print out, but I told them I don't have a printer. They said do I have ID and I said yes, but they didnt ask to see it! they just handed over the goods.
Of course, Woolworths didn't send me an email to let me know my goods arrived, I saw on their site, it was ready. Go the email 24 hours later. Amatuers!0 -
Got items ok,my hubby collected them, though in my name? but he had to show drivers licence, also he had to wait ages,as 1 free game not there,so staff had to figure out how to deal with this,as part of a the PSP package deal, funny enough they used our print out to mark, not recieved yet.lol....:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T
