aa car insurance thought i was 75!!!!!

was about to buy my car insurance with the aa yesterday and they were confirming details with me when they asked me to confirm my date of birth, i did and they queried it, i told them again, and apparently my surprisingly low quote was becuase the indian advisor had put my date of birth in as 50 years earlier than my real one- making me 75 :eek:
i then had to go through all the messing around of finding my sheet with all the other quotes on it to find the next lowest one.
next time i see a debate on foreign call centres i will tell them this story

things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then
