Aaargh!!! Iberia and lost luggage!!!

Got back from Spain(Barcelona Airport) into Heathrow on Saturday evening and then we waited and waited and waited - no luggage!!!!
I filed the PIR at the Iberia desk straightawy and then we all went home - with girls hyperventilating about all their stuff - I was a bit mad as well but at least it let me off unpacking, washing and ironing for a few days.
Phioned religously every day tracking it on it's way back to UK and then it got delivered Monday night - well part of it - My rucksack is still on holiday in Barcelona !!!
Now I can't get through on the damn 0870 number - Been on hold for aaaaages and I give up now as I have to get littlie from school!!! That flipping rucksack had most of my clothes in as I ut the pressies and bathroom junk in my suitcase - pants!!!
And BF has reported back that his Levis and FCUK T-Shirt are missing from his suitcase as we were told not to lock them for security - AAAAAARGH:mad:
