    All sensible advice there, especially "Explore downsizing instead. For many, a cheaper alternative is to downsize (move to a smaller home). So explore this, but do it sooner - anecdotally, while many feel up to moving in their sixties, after that a disinclination to move sets in so it's much tougher."
