I bought the 3 drawer chest as well as the 2 door wardrobe today for a grand total of £53 - a big thanks to the OP. I bought the last wardrobe on the shelf but the SA said they are expecting another shipment this week. If you are looking for a bargain it may be worth phoning ahead to ask about stock.

And yes it is flat packed and no it may not be high standard pure maple but it will do more than well for us and for a kids room it is a great find. Actually, I would buy one for my own room if I needed a wardrobe.

Went to B&Q just to look and see what these were like and ended up buying 2 wardobes and 4 x 3 drawer chests.. bargain price!

However, then my DH said we cant put new furniture into rooms that really need to be painted, so off to Focus for paint (on offer 20% cheaper than B&Q) and then he says " I think that we should get the children new carpets too and that will be it all done and looking lovely" !! So off to the new carpet store thats just opened with lots of opening offers and we bought 2 new carpets and arranged fitting for this Tuesday afternoon.

Erhm... moneysaving site this is supposed to be, is it?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I was in my local B & Q lastnight and they had a promotion on a 2 door wardrobe reduced from £83 down to £38 and a chest of 3 draws reduced from £49 down to £15.

Look great value. Available in Maple and Beach effect

I think these will be nation wide , i bought the chest of drawers several weeks ago in my local B&Q (hull branch), and i must say they are fab drawers for £15 , easy to asemble and very sturdy

It was in the Durham B&Q Warehouse store, it wasnt a localised store offer, as they could order them in at that price if they were out of stock at any store.

Someone else posted about these abut 2 weeks ago.

These are available nationally and can be ordered into stock, if they have none left. The wardrobes and 3 drawer chests are very low price whilst the other matching furniture is not quite so cheap (tall, narrow 6 drawer chest £40 from £60) Available in a beech finish or Light maple too.

Very easy to assemble and sturdy too. (but dont use a power screwdriver!)

Can anyone help??
I purchased a couple of these B&Q units and went back the weekend to pick up a final piece, namely the 3 draw chest set in beech only to find that none of the stores near me have any left. I was also advised that this was a 4 week offer and no more coming into stock!?
Does anyone know if this is the case, or know of any stores in the Berkshire area still stocking these, or if they can be ordered for delivery? anything info at all appreciated? Just a shame as I have the other units bar this one!
