kitchen in playhouse

Hi, I want to either make or buy a wooden kitchen to go in my daughters new playhouse in the garden. But when I say wood, its actually mdf type stuff. It stays dry in the playhouse, but might get a bit damp, do you think it would be ok?

you would need to seal it with say varnish first.
or better still, use marine plywood.
    Get some gorm.

Ply wood, especially the cheappy stuff most DIY stores sell, tends to splinter a lot on the edges if your not carefull. Id be inclined to get some moisture resistant mdf. You'll probably paint it anyway?
How about getting one of the plastic ones, they are remarkably cheap, we picked up one in toys r us for £20 last year. Its great, our daughter loves it! Its got two hob rings, one makes sizzling sounds, the other makes bubbling sounds!
