No News Since Ruling???

Just a quick question.... I actually went to court before the high court ruling and my case was stayed. After the ruling I was expecting some form of notification from the court that my case had been cancelled due to the high court hearing. As I have not herd from the courts does this mean my case is still actually stayed??. Surely they should inform me if they are cancelling my case.
