another csa nightmare

as the title says i am another person to be stung by the so called CSA.
i have 3 children including a son i havent seen for over 5 years as my x wife's new husband relished the idea of turning him against me.
the annoying thing is i 'dispute paying Csa but when they take 40% of my earnings it leaves me in debt.
i now have an attachment of earnings on my wages and it makes me sick, i had a private agreement with my x wife and had been paying her then suddenly !!!! turpin wrote me with the good news.
i've been on the phone to them at least 3times a week trying to sort it out.
as my 2 other daughters stay over 2 nights every 2week i should get a reduction, and the fact i live with my girlfriend and she also has 2 children.
despite listing all my incoming and outgoing information and sending proof of the contact court i have they are still taking £600 a month off me. I have also sent proof that i had a private agreement with them
i have £3500 arrears of which they expect me to pay it off within 2 years its a complete joke.
i dont mind paying but i really cannot afford it id be better off on the dole.
my x sends my daughter up in rags no spare clothes its a complete joke.
why is it the good dads who help to bring up there children and support them financially get punished, while the absent jack the lad gets away with it.
any one else share my situation ?
im going to try and appeal against the amount otherwise i might as well pack my job in.
im getting made redundant before xmas so it just adds insult to injury
its great living in Britain land of hope and glory?

And for every one like that there is another, like me that doesn't contact the CSA because they think the father of their children will have a conscience and WANT to pay something towards his children.. I think we are called 'Mugs' .. My BIL was in a very similar situation so you do have my sympathy... he lost 5 teeth when he was set about by the ex's OH :(

It is sickening when you have been plodding along quite nicely for the last several years and even worse when you are unable to even see him.

I hope you find some resolution in this you must be beside yourself.
