Hi Guys,My son has a two bedroom modern semi detached house with a gable end and has just had a quote of £2150 they advised they would not need scaffolding.I have no idea of the going rate but it seems very expensive when they said it would be completed in one day any advice would be extremely helpful Thank you

Seems a very high quote, I would estimate materials would be around £800, so a quote of around £1400 would be reasonable. Get your son to get more quotes.0 -
Based on £55 per linear metre for white 22mm upvc fascia/soffit and guttering without dry verge i would say this was a high quoteif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0
