Hi
Yesterday I was on the mobiles.co.uk site and ordered a new HTC Desire on 24 month contract.
I was doing somethin else online at the time so know my connection was good but their site was dreadfully slow.
I followed the buying process through but initially got no final confirmation page of my order having been accepted so I closed down, tried again later and submitted my order.
The last page of the process confirmed my order. This time the site [server?] was fully up to speed - I took a screen grab of this final, confirmation page [as I always do with online purchases].
Today, on checking my email I see they've twice, separately, thanked me for my order [each with different references] and despatched me two separate phones!!
I can only use one phone at a time and don't need either two phones or two contracts.
What can I do? And can anyone tell me my rights regarding this debacle please?
I used them as they are a division of Carphone Warehouse and have been established 15 years. Unfortunately they are an email contact only company.
Many thanks for all your help

Email them stating what has happened and that you will be returning one of the phones. Because they have sold you it online they are tied into the distance selling regulations which state that you have a 7 day cooling off period. So as long as you are still within your 7 days then its all A OK!
