Hi
I'm new to this selling lark.
Anyway I was pressured into locking in with an EA for 12 weeks and then had to give them 21 day notice of either going to another agent or to stop the house going on the market altogher.
Any advice??
I'm really not very happy with this EA

What date did you sign?
His office or your house?
Bottom line is: No, you signed, you agreed.
What aren't you happy about?0 -
Give them the 21 days notice and look for another agent to use once that time period is up.0

also remember to request a list of people they consider they have introduced to the property if they have shown people round. Stops you having to face a double claim if you then later sell through another agent to the same people.0
