Santander PIN nightmare

Had a new Zero card issued after fraud on the old one. Got sent a new PIN even though thought the old one should still work, since the fraud was offline in a non-Chip & Pin country.

However, new PIN did not work and two further new PINs thereafter and still the card does not work! How irritatingly Santander. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Yes, Not with the same bank, but I got five pins that did not work, an account I could not use very well for six weeks. I did though complain and had £100 put in my account. A few months latter I had problems with Abbey, now Santander, with them not accepting cheques in my name (a busness account set up to accept cheques in business name and my name). Four or five polite complaining letters and they also put £100 in my account.
If you are not happy let them know, but without threats of leaving etc and you may, fingers crossed get something for your trouble.
