EDF prepayment key error
I have had an edf prepayment meter since October and until yesterday it worked fine.
We tried to put money on the key yesterday and the woman in the shop stated there was no tariff on the key so she couldnt put money on it.
We called EDF and they said that there was a error when they sent an update to the keys in our area so they sent out a new key.
We got the key this morning but when it goes into the meter it shows up error 10 with a small 2 at the side. Does anyone know what this means. We have already run out of power once and and engineer has only been allowed to put £5 onto the meter.
Now aparently we have to wait for another key to be sent out but no doubt will run out of power before then as well. :mad:
