Job Centre Compliance Officer

Hello everyone,


I recieved a letter yesterday asking me to attend the job centre to see a compliance officer.
It asked for a bank statement. When i first signed onto job seekers i did tell them about my bank account but they never asked for statments. i am now off jobseekers on ESA due to a few problems.

What sort of questions will be asked?
What is a compliance officer?
Am i in trouble?
I have al lthe correct statments to date just very anxious!

It's probably just a request for you to call in with bank statements so they can check them. Compliance Officers do all sorts of interviews and one is just asking people to call in to clear up queries the benefit processing team may have.

I wouldn't worry about it.
