Boots Parenting Club for 2nd baby

Hi I was a member of the parenting club with DS who is now over 2 so I no longer get the vouchers etc. Now expecting baby number 2 and wondering if I can sign up again or whether I should sign up in DH's name to get the free change bag etc? Has anyone else received the goodies more than once? Have signed DH up for the pampers club and tesco one for the same reason, but it's easier if it's all in my name as I'm the one who does the shopping
