I cant make out the letters of the last name, I have tried loads of different letters and have given up:o
Its a size 2 so im thinking its american? The label is off a long cardiagan.

Size 2 is also consistent with it being French - some French clothing shops have size 1/2/3/4 approximately equivalent to S/M/L/XL
