Respectfully bumped! It's been 3 weeks now and nothing at all from Moorcroft. Should I be worried?

Also does anyone have any experience (and hopefully sucesses) with Moorcroft and CCA requests?

I have no experience of these Moorcroft people but I've read plenty about them on here, just type the word Moorcroft into search and you will find plenty.

They seem like a gang of bully boys (and gals no doubt) so DON'T let them intimidate you on the phone, if they get nasty just hang up or say something like "this is an abusive call so I am ending it) don't get into a conversation with them.

Send them the "post communication only" letter and the "no doorstep visits" letter.

The game is afoot! Finally started getting phone calls from Moorcroft. I don't answer calls with unfamiler numbers (they only have my mobile as I changed my home number when I changed over to another provider) and I looked up the numbers on 'Who calls me' and it was them! Have sent them off the relevant letter. Normally I would capitulate and get into a phone conversation, but gonna stay firm this time. If it has to be a CCJ then so be it...
