Ferguson Lcd Tv From Curry's - Help Needed

Bought a television from Curry's and it's bust and only 12 months old. The shop aren't interested but it was bought on a credit card so can I get a partial refund or replacement or something?

Dont know what to say to be honest but am sure someone will be along soon that will.

Have you tried speaking to the credit card company to see what they say - though I doubt there is anything they can do to be honest as you still have the TV and had it for over a year.

I totally agree that the TV should have lasted alot longer so I would advise to keep going at them - arent Currys able to provide an engineer who would be able to verify the fault?

I would have said that if they say that they can send out one of their own engineers to look at it then maybe thats what you should do - in the end all engineers should say the same thing when examining products - not that they do! If they say it is repairable then you probably will have to accept getting it repaired - either that or be prepared for a muddy battle - thoguh it sounds like you are already in one!

I dont think there will be much luck with the credit card company but what you dont ask/try for you dont get.
