Can anyone recommend a good PC TuneUp that i can buy online or in the shops.

    You can do it all yourself just by using various programs like malwarebytes, superantispyware, ccleaner etc etc, no need to spend money. Oh and keeping anti virus and the above programs up to date is vital

    As above, you could also try defraggler (from Piriform like ccleaner).

    Microsoft also have their new fixit centre available in beta, and some people use Glary utilities.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
