NatWest Currentplus Upgrade to Advantage Gold

I upgraded my account online yesterday morning from Currentplus to Advantage Gold (After I check the benefits would work for me), my details were already prefilled in on screen and at the end of the application I got the message that my account would be upgraded and the documentation posted to me.

I thought it would be instant but it is still showing as Currentplus this morning, so I am wondering if it has to be manually done and could take a few days ?, or should I try it again although I did get confirmation.

    You may possibly need to be re credit scored to upgrade to a advantage gold account. :D

    Never thought of that, but I did confirm and say the account would be upgraded and documention would be posted to me, so it was not a decline (On screen anyway), seemed to me it would just output somewhere to be manually keyed, should have maybe done it by phone.
