Vinyl for kitchen

I am getting a new kitchen. After a horrendous experience with laminate, I have decided to go back to vinyl, I want something decent which will wear well. My question is - there is a huge difference between costs, varying from £5 to £25 a square metre, and is it the case that you get what you pay for? What do you think would be a reasonable amout to pay? My kitchen is fairly large - approx 13 foot by 18.

We did our kitchen and bathroom last year with Armstrong Rhinofloor and are very pleased with it. We had our own fitter who was very experienced with laying vinyl and he said it was excellent stuff. Armstrong's RRP was £16-£20 per sq.m. when searching the 'net. We went to the local shop and he did it for £14 per sq.m. supply only. It's quite a thickish one and has a 15 year warranty.
This is the one we had for the bathroom and the kitchen one is like this. I think when you compare qualities I think you will see the difference between a £5 and a £25 one so go for the quality you like and see if you can negotiate the price.0
