Does Anybody Know If I Can Get A Cheaper Courier Service To Collect Abunk Bed (in Knockdown Packed State) From Derby -derbeyshire to DA5 3AH Sidcup Kent. The Seller Says His Charge Is £57 Which I Feel Is Too High

Will depend on size and weight whether they can do it, but it could be worth getting a quote (you can do online if you have dimensions and weight) from Interparcel https://www.interparcel.com.
I used them to send a 4 Kg parcel to Germany and saved about £10 compared to parcelforce:T0 -

Also make sure the seller is happy to change their shipping method. If you have already bought the item then the seller doesn't have to change his shipping terms and may be unwilling to wait in for a different courier to collect.
