Benefitsnow website shop-terrible customer service

Hi,
I bought a few mini ear (amplifiers) off this site for an eldery person https://www.benefitsnow.co.uk and paid instantly for them. I was delivered just one of the items though it said on invoice ordered 2 delivery one, but no info as to when I should expect the second. I have emailed them tried calling them only got speaking to someone once who promised to sort it out but has not done so. I feel its terrible customer service. Has anyone else had problems with this site?
