Insurance for Second Home

Hi - Does anyone have any recomendations as to the best providers for insuring a second/holiday home. Basic details are:
3 bed mid terrace
200 years old
Normal construction
Front + rear garden
Not to be commercially let but friends and family may stay with out us being there
Will be occupied at least every 60 days (and more likely a lot more often)
Post Code = IP17
Not near any water
