Clothes alterations in South Wales

Hopefully someone can help me!

I have recently lost 2 and half stone in weight:j

However, I have a few dresses that I love, and paid a lot of money for and have only worn once or twice. They are now much too big, like 2 dress sizes too big

Does anyone know of anyone who alters clothes professionally? I am in the Newport ish area and work in Cardiff. I dont mind travelling to someone.

Michelles Sewing Alterations at No2 Somerton Rd in Newport, just opposite the Cross Hands pub on Chepstow Rd. Only a small little shop, not easy to park by there but friendly lady.

Might be worth waiting for other replies incase there is someone who 'works from home' and may be a bit cheaper.

There is an excellent shop in cardiff that does alterations.

I can't remember their name but if you go into the arcade by the Kitchens shop (at the top end of st marys street), you will see a set of stairs on your left shortly after entering the arcade.

go to the top of the stairs and they are there.

They altered for me a two piece evening dress and when I got it back, you would have sworn it was made to measure.
