If Court proceedings are necessary, you agree to us instructing a firm of Solicitors on your behalf, and you agree to co-operate fully with any firm which is instructed."

Please tell me if I've misunderstood something, but it looks to me as though they could take any case to Court with Solicitors of their choice and if they win charge their fees plus those of the other Solicitor, or if they lose just charge whatever they like for the non NWNF man. This fee could easily include a back hander for CF

I agree. In scenarios like this they are entirely unnecessary middle men.
