They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

this nearly happened to me at uni.. in my designated parking spot.. permit on show.. was ice cold so windscreen was frozen over.. threatened to clamp me.. oh really, you should of seen his face when i pulled a sthil saw from the boot ( i had picked it up for a friend who bought it off ebay)Sealed pot challenger # 10
