my brother is looking for a cheap dedicated server running windows, must be based in the UK.
The cheapest I found so far:
http://www.123-reg.co.uk/dedicated-server-hosting/123serv.shtml
but can I get better?
I am worried about the CS as I sent them an email with an enquiry and got a reply 5 days later which didnt really answer my question! And they have those dreadful premium line numbers for telephone support.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I've had a site hosted at 123 reg for quite a while. I can't complain about the servers as such (no problems, no downtime), but I also found that the only time I made an enquiry through CS, it also took about 5 days to get an answer. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

I would recommend Web-Mania.co.uk, £25 per year. I have a few domains and customers sites with them and have found the service and help excellent.
I think they're based in York?
Hope this helps

I think that web-mania is just shared hosting... I am looking for a dedicated server...
