I also use them in HM bread with a little parmesan added - delish!

We just use dried tomatoes as is in a bolognaise....the moisture from the bolognaise itself reconstitutes them.Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

We add them to HM bread with parmesan just as they are (didn't ever think to reconstitute them...), and we've never had a problem, although I do chop them up fairly small first so I don't know if this has any effect on them...?!
