okay bear with me cos i'm not a techie as such! lol! i work from home sending tarot reading and the like to mobiles, i can also assist with photos being sent to mobile phones from the pc and vice versa. It is unlikely that such a thing should happen but someone pointed out a dilemma.
What if some weirdo decided to send in a photo which i can see when logged into the system that was illegal? If my ISP saw that could they do something about it? I mean it is part of my job and it hasn't been requested by me but it was something brought up by a friend. Also if they sent something horrid say of a child, could i be done for downloading child !!!!!! onto my pc? I have had some weird pics sent to me but nothing extreme, but they aren't moderated beforehand.

In the unlikely event that such a thing happened, just report it to the police, then you would be safe from prosecution.
Receiving unsolicited dodgy pictures is not a crime, unless you make a habit of it or have seeked them out yourself. Although technically having them on your hard disk is classed as possession and publication, if they were unsolicited, and you received them as part of your job, no-one is going to send you down. Just don't forward them on to anyone.

If you mean dodgy as in adult !!!!!!, then I wouldn't worry about it. If it's illegal stuff, then report it.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
