Tax Credits - too complicated

Anyone else find the details they send you about your tax credits is absolutely ridiculously set out, covering multiple pages to tell you what should be quite simple?

Its true, its not the most simplistic layout it could be. However, compared to the early days, its a walk in the park. they were REALLY bad at the start. Even staff had trouble following certain bits of paperwork.0

I fiund it ridiculous, they seem to use about 8 pages to tell you information that could fit on 2 pages, and they keep repeating the same things it's just bizarre.
Plus, when I phoned them, passed the security checks etc the guy said he wasnt allowed to tell me what I had entered on the form when I queried it!0
