Ross Back Sands

There's no direct road to it so hardly anyone goes there. You have to park near the hamlet of Ross, and walk about a mile over farmland and sand dunes to get there. It's a fabulous beach with beautiful views
Beautiful, but whistle if you walk up into the dunes to let the nudists know you are there!0 -
South Milton Sands in South devon also known as Thurlestone Sands. The company I work for designed the new dunes at the back of the beach that replaced the decrepit old defences. Never seen so many crabs in the pools at low tide. Car park right behind the beach. Blissful....0

I can endorse North bay at salcombe-lovely beach and yummy crab in the cafe, bigbury on sea-i would also love to stay in that hotel but was v mse and stayed in the caravan park at Challborough! I spent last weekend on the lovely Gorlestone Beach and thought Blackpool sands was stunning but very sore on the feet! combesgate beach just on the edge of Woolacombe is a lovely beach-well worth the 100 steps down! Durdle door is also well worth the walk too.HSBC Visa-High interest-£2349.23 Nat West £2605.18

I have been going to Salcombe for years, I also love North sands, but I think my fave ever has to be the beach at Hope Cove.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

I love Sandbanks in Poole, Dorset. You can walk all the way to Bournemouth along the Promenade if you want. Parts of it are real bucket and spade type beaches, other bits are good for water sports, plenty of beach huts (some available to rent), plenty of choice for food and drink.
I can always feel myself relax when I am there

Both Wells and Holkham beach in Norfolk must come close to the top of the list, both are vast exapanses of open sands with dunes and pines behind... ooh and you could add Brancaster to that too!Just because somebody is certain doesn't mean they are right!0
