I would say your were pushing your luck ordering at 3pm and in those circumstances would probably have called them to confirm it was feasible, especially since you needed it the next day.0 -

On their website, it states: We guarantee to deliver your item on the next working day provided that you have placed your order before 4pm Monday-Friday.
