Thank you for your internet order, number xxxxx. Unfortunately there has been an error on our system resulting in the item listed below showing a cost of £0.00.

Obviously this is incorrect. Consequently your order will be cancelled forthwith.

best not to get mad at these things they cancel more often than they honour, just smile and move on to the next bargain:D
