Morning Everyone
I just rang up this place from a number I found in the help menu.
These are going to be cancelled as it was a misprice on their behalf.
I cancelled mine online anyway to ensure nothing taken that shouldn't be from my card!
Thought I'd let people know.
Sounded like they were short staffed as well.
Thought it was too good to be true but thanks to op anyway.

Buddhabellybutton you are soooo greedy how can you live like that? I am glad I do not know you0

Alright...enough slating those who ordered high amounts.
They didn't honour it anyway. Even if they had have honoured it, they would have cancelled any orders which contained silly amounts.0 -
people are entitled to express their opinions if they want to carry on doing so then they can.......that of course includes you too bobtastic;)bobtastic wrote:Alright...enough slating those who ordered high amounts.

I read this and like most of you LOVE a bargain - but not at the expense of the small business outlet. I doubt that ANY (whether 1 or 500) order put through at 0.00 will be processed - because it is obviously an admin error. HUGE multinationals can probably take the brunt (and one such company did just that this last week or so posting an item for £13 instead of around £100!!! They lost hundreds of thousands of pounds....) Also multinationals want the good publicity, where little online shops are just ticking along...
So whilst the order for 500 seemed to rile most, I think it will have little impact on the outcome, as real people have to process the orders, and they would have noticed the error.
But good to get scrapbooking talked about...

I'm nothing to do with the company, just saw the 'deal' and as I've been reading the forums here for a while I thought I'd share it - it looked too good to be true and it seems it was - never mind, eh? I did order some other stuff from the site which arrived this morning so they're all above board (and the prices are pretty reasonable, even if they are more than £0.00lynnemcf wrote:Erm, what if this is a site to get your credit card info? Bit odd a newbie posting such a good deal! Or maybe they are a peed off (ex) employee.
).
I agree Big Momma, it is good to get scrapbooking talked about :T0 -
I think your card details are safe, Clarkcraft have been around ages and are often mentioned on craft forums (such as the docrafts one) for being good value with lots of testimonials from happy customers.0

Hi, I just want to thank the OP for this link. I have recently started some craft hobbies and this is a lovely website with some useful supplies. I have saved it to my favourites, thank you
