    Well, well, well.

    Exchange and completion that was scheduled for Friday happened on.... wait for it.... FRIDAY!

    Parents are now proud owners of a tenanted property for what I (and they) believe to be a very fair price.

    Once again I must reiterate that I (and judging by most of the posts on here, you) did not expect this in the slightest. Credit where credit is due, this company has provided great service from start to finish, no hiccups, no hidden fees and no hold ups.

    Parents are now doing some due dilligence on another property from the same company in a similar area, lets hope this one goes and smoothly as the first.

    Thanks to everyone who posted on this thread, i passed all of your comments onto my parents but ultimately they made up their own mind..... they're maybe not as daft as I had them down for!!

    Does anyone have any experience of dealing with bmv/offplan property investments from Fresh start Living Limited / Freshstart Living? They are in Swinton, manchester or Salford.

    inside track ,,,hey prey on the greedy and you will be quids in..amateur landlords are going to put our housing situation in more of a mess than its in now..regulation will come as more and more greedy fools buy into it..
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
