What is "JCP South West" ?

I have recently signed off jobseekers allowance as I am 29 weeks pregnant and have applied for income support.
Today I have a payment into my bank account which says:
"Counter credit JCP SOUTH WEST"
Whenever I had jobseekers paid in it said "DWP JSA" so it isn't a last payment of JSA.
Could "JCP SOUTH WEST" be income support? I only put my claim in last Friday and not had a letter through to say whether I am entitled or how much I would get.
I did ask on another forum and they thought income support should say "DWP IS"?
Thank goodness it is money going in and not coming out, hate not knowing what these abbreviations mean.

A regular payment would say IS, however an adhoc payment may just state the source of the payment. I am guessing that you live in the South West?Gone ... or have I?0

Yes I live in Devon so the South West part makes sense, I guess JCP is jobcentre plus?0
